The Cochin Port Authority (CoPA) is a governmental entity of India that was founded in 1928 and has provided more than 90 years of dedicated service.
Cochi Port is part of a cluster of maritime-related installations situated in the city of Kochi. These include the Cochin Shipyard, India’s largest shipbuilding and maintenance facility, the Kochi Refineries’ SPM (single point mooring) facility, designed for offshore crude carrier mooring, and the Kochi Marina.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

| Junior Project Consultants | 5 years post qualification experience with Diploma in civil or 2 years post qualification experience with degree in civil. Experience in Marine works is preferable. |
| Consultant Site Engineer | 3 years post qualification experience with Diploma in civil or 1 year post qualification experience with degree in civil. |
| Consultant Draftsman | 2 years post qualification experience with Diploma in civil or 5 years post qualification experience with ITI draftsman(Civil), in preparation of Auto CAD drawings. |

APPLICATION PROCESS
Candidates are requested to send their application (as per the format attached) to Secretary, Cochin Port Authority email: secretary@cochinport.gov.in with subject as “Application for the post of Consultant” so as to reach CoPA on or before 08th October, 2023 along with the attested copies of the following documents.
- Educational qualification and certificates
- Experience certificates
- Medical fitness certificate & Identity Proof
- 5. Identify proof (Aadhaar/PAN/Passport/Election photo ID card/Driving License)
Hard copy of the same may also be forwarded so as to reach on before the late date to The Secretary, Cochin Port Authority, Willingdone Island, Ernakulam, Kerala – 682009.
The applications received shall be shortlisted based on the notified eligibility criteria of the post and the shortlisted applicants would be called for an interview. In case of large number of applications, Cochin Port reserves the right to shortlist the number of candidates for interview out of eligible candidates. The short listing will be based on higher qualification, length and range of experience, accreditations, certifications and special achievements. The date, venue and time of the interview shall be intimated to the candidates by issue of call letters via email only.
The candidates are requested to carry a copy of the duly filled-in attached application form along with the attested copies of the above documents on the day of the interview. The candidates should also carry with them all original certificates for verification. These documents shall be verified prior to the candidates being allowed to participate for the interview.
