DESIRABLE QUALIFICATION:

1. Technical Assistant Grade – I (Junior Engineer – Civil):

Must possess practical experience in supervision of civil construction work and or civil maintenance of office buildings/commercial buildings/residential complexes with basic knowledge of RCC design and other civil works, working knowledge of computers, experience in preparation of tender for civil works, etc. for a period of not less than 5 years

1.  Technical Assistant Grade- II (Jr. Draughtsman-Civil):

1. Knowledge in AutoCAD, Total Station, GPS and REVIT Architecture, Exposure to 3D modeling

Transaction Reference number should be written on the application form. Receipt of the fees paid should be attached with the application form. SC/ ST/ Persons with Disabilities (PwD)/ Women/Ex-Servicemen Candidates/ Internal Candidates of this Institute are exempted from payment of application fee

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

1. Written test will be conducted.
2. The application form (both PDF and WORD formats) can be downloaded from the Institute’s website and the duly filled hard copy of the application along with the self attested copies of the relevant supporting documents should reach “The Director, National Institute of Technical Teachers Training and Research (NITTTR), Taramani, Chennai 600 113, Tamilnadu, India” on or before 30.10.2023 (5.30 pm IST). The envelope should be super scribed as “Application for the post of …………………”.
3. Candidates who have been awarded Degrees by recognized Foreign Universities should enclose the “Equivalence Certificate” issued by the Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi, without which their candidature will not be considered.
4. There is no need to submit any certificate in original along with the application. During certificate verification, non-submission of necessary supporting documents will lead to rejection of candidature, even if he/she qualified in the written test and interview test (whichever applicable). The Institute does not take any responsibility in returning the original certificates, if they are attached along with the application.
