Kerala PSC Departmental Tests പരീക്ഷയിൽ അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്നതിന് മുൻപായി പരീക്ഷാർത്ഥികൾ ഓൺലൈനായി Kerala PSC Department Tests One – time Registration ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ് . രജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ സമയത്ത് ഒരോ പരീക്ഷാർത്ഥിയും തങ്ങളുടെ വ്യക്തിപരമായ വിവരങ്ങളായ ജനനത്തീയതി, മേൽവിലാസം, ഔദ്യോഗിക പദവി, ഔദ്യോഗിക മേൽവിലാസം മുതലായവ നൽകുന്നതിനോടൊപ്പം നിർദ്ദേശിക്കപ്പെട്ട് രീതിയിൽ തങ്ങളുടെ ഫോട്ടോഗ്രാഫും അപ്ലോഡ് ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ്.

ഓൺലൈൻ ബാങ്കിംഗ് സംവിധാനം ഉപയോഗിച്ചുള്ള e – payment മുഖേനയാണ് പരീക്ഷാ ഫീസും , സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഫീസും ഒടുക്കേണ്ടത് (ചെലാൻ ഉപയോഗിച്ച് ട്രഷറികളിൽ നേരിട്ടോ / ഇ ചെലാൻ മുഖേനയോ പണമൊടുക്കുന്നത് സ്വീകാര്യമല്ല) e – payment മുഖേന പണമൊടുക്കുന്നതിന് പരീക്ഷാർത്ഥികളുടെ പ്രൊഫൈലിലെ ” Make Payment ” എന്ന ഓപ്ഷൻ ഉപയോഗിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്. ടി ഓപ്ഷൻ വഴി പരീക്ഷാർത്ഥിക്ക് ട്രഷറി വകുപ്പിന്റെ സൈറ്റിലേക്ക് പ്രവേശിച്ച് ഓൺലൈൻ ആയി ഒടുക്കാവുന്നതാണ് . ഇതിനായി പരീക്ഷാർത്ഥിക്കോ/ ബന്ധപ്പെട്ടവർക്കോ ഏതെങ്കിലും ബാങ്കിന്റെ Online Banking Account ആവശ്യമാണ് . ട്രഷറി സൈറ്റിൽ നിന്നും ഒടുക്കുന്നതിനായി ബാങ്കിംഗിലേക്ക് പ്രവേശിക്കുമ്പോൾ ലഭ്യമാകുന്ന GR Number (Government Reference No.) കുറിച്ചെടുത്ത് സൂക്ഷിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ഒടുക്കിക്കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ പരീക്ഷാർത്ഥിയുടെ പ്രൊഫൈലിൽ GR Number ഉൾപ്പെടെ payment details , കാണാവുന്നതാണ്.

പണം ഓരോ പേപ്പറിനും 160 / (നൂറ്റി അറുപത്) രൂപാ എന്ന നിരക്കിലാണ് പരീക്ഷാഫീസ് . ഈ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ എത്ര പേപ്പറുകൾ ഉണ്ട് എന്ന് കണക്കാക്കി മുഴുവൻ പരീക്ഷാഫീസും ഒടുക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. 2019 ജൂലൈയിലെ വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷ മുതൽ ഒരു സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിന് 210/ (ഇരുന്നൂറ്റി പത്ത് രൂപ നിരക്കിൽ എത്ര സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിനാണോ അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്നത് അത്രയും തുക സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് ഒടുക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. പരീക്ഷാ ഫീസ്, സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഫീസ് ഇനങ്ങളിൽ ഒടുക്കേണ്ടുന്ന തുക Default ആയി കാണാവുന്നതാണ്. ജനുവരി 2011 മുതൽ വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് അപേക്ഷിക്കുകയും, സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഫീസ് ഒടുക്കുകയും ചെയ്തവർ അതേ പ്രൊഫൈലിലൂടെ അപേക്ഷിച്ചാൽ മാത്രമേ ഒടുക്കിയ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഫീസ് സാധുവായി പരിഗണിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ. (അല്ലാതെയുള്ള അപേക്ഷകൾ നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ്) . ഒരിക്കൽ അടച്ച് പരീക്ഷാഫീസ് യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും തിരികെ ലഭിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

(MS) 166 /76/PD dated 04-06-1976 അനുസരിച്ച് ജീവനക്കാർക്ക് അതാത് വകുപ്പിലെ ഉദ്യാഗക്കയറ്റങ്ങൾക്ക് (Line of Promotion) ഉള്ള തസ്തികകളിലേക്ക് ആവശ്യമായ വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷകൾക്കും അപേക്ഷകരിൽ നിന്ന് പരീക്ഷാ ഫീസ് ഈടാക്കുന്നതല്ല . (Free Chance) . ഈ സൗജന്യം ഓരോ ടെസ്റ്റിനെ സംബന്ധിച്ചിടത്തോളവും ഒരാൾക്ക് ഒന്നിൽ കൂടുതൽ തവണ ലഭിക്കുന്നതല്ല . (G.O. (MS) 26/76 / PD dated 25-01-1976) . രണ്ടാമത്തെ തവണ മുതൽ ഫീസ് ഈടാക്കുന്നതാണ്.

ഒരു പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് free chance- ൽ അപേക്ഷിക്കുകയും എന്നാൽ ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണവശാൽ പരീക്ഷ എഴുതാതിരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്താൽ അതും ഫീസ് സൗജന്യം അനുവദിക്കപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള തവണയായി കണക്കാക്കപ്പെടുന്നതാണ് . ഓരോ ടെസ്റ്റിനും മുഴുവനായിട്ടാണ് ഫീസ് സൗജന്യം അനുവദിക്കപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ളത് . അല്ലാതെയുള്ള പലപേപ്പറുകളുള്ള ഓരോ ടെസ്റ്റിന്റെയും ഓരോ പേപ്പറുകളായിട്ടല്ല . (G.O. (MS) 29 / 75 / PD dated 6-2-1975) . ഉദാഹരണമായി അക്കൗണ്ട് ടെസ്റ്റിന് ചേരുന്ന ഒരാൾക്ക് (4 പേപ്പറിനും കൂടി ചേർന്നാലും ഇല്ലെങ്കിലും ) ഒരു പ്രാവശ്യം മാത്രമേ ഫീസ് സൗജന്യം കിട്ടുകയുള്ളൂ . ആ പരീക്ഷയിൽ എല്ലാ പേപ്പറുകളും ജയിക്കാൻ സാധിച്ചിട്ടില്ലായെങ്കിൽ അടുത്ത തവണ മുതൽ താറ്റ് പേപ്പറുകൾക്കും അപേക്ഷിക്കാതിരുന്ന പേപ്പറുകൾക്കും ഫീസ് ഒടുക്കി അപേക്ഷിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.

(Rt.) No.706/75/PD dated 21-7-1975 അനുസരിച്ച് കേരള ഖാദി ആന്റ് വില്ലേജ് ഇൻഡസ്ട്രീസ് ബോർഡിലെ ജീവനക്കാർക്കും G.O. (Ms.) No.302 /75 / G.Edn . Dated 17-12-1975 അനുസരിച്ച് വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷ ഒബ്ലിഗേറ്ററിയായി നിശ്ചയിക്കപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള കേരളത്തിലെ എയ്ഡഡ് ഹൈസ്കൂളിലേയും എയ്ഡഡ് ട്രെയിനിംഗ് സ്കൂളിലെയും ഹൈഡ് മാസ്റ്റർമാർക്കും മറ്റ് ജീവനക്കാർക്കും G.O. (Ms.) No . 146/76/G.Edn . Dated 04.08.1976 അനുസരിച്ച് ഒബ്ലിഗേറ്ററിയായി നിശ്ചയിക്കപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷകൾക്കും കേരളത്തിലെ പെമറി സ്കൂളുകളിലെയും അപ്പർ പെമറി സ്കൂളുകളിലെയും ഹെഡ്മാസ്റ്റർമാർക്കും പി.ഡി ടീച്ചർമാർക്കും G.O (P) No. 150 / 77 / PW dated 17-09-1977 അതനുസരിച്ച് വകുപ്പിലെ അസിസ്റ്റന്റ് എഞ്ചിനീയർമാരുടെ പ്രൊബേഷൻ പൂർത്തീകരിക്കുന്നതിനും തുടർന്ന് ഉദ്യാഗക്കയറ്റം കിട്ടുന്നതിനും നിർബന്ധമാക്കപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന പി.ഡബ്ലു.ഡി . മാന്വൽ പരീക്ഷയ്ക്കും P.W.D. Manual Test) ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

കോർപ്പറേഷൻ, മുനിസിപ്പാലിറ്റി എന്നീ സ്വയംഭരണ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിലെ ജീവനക്കാർക്കും യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റി, ഇലക്ട്രിസിറ്റി ബോർഡ്, കെ.എസ്.ആർ.റ്റി.സി, വാട്ടർ അതോറിട്ടി തുടങ്ങിയ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിലെ ജീവനക്കാർക്കും ഫീസ് സൗജന്യത്തിന് അർഹത ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. എന്നാൽ കേരള പഞ്ചായത്ത് വകുപ്പിലെ ജീവനക്കാർക്ക് G.O. ( MS ) No . 215 / 86 / LAD dated 28-10-1986 പ്രകാരവും കേരള അഗ്രികൾച്ചറൽ യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റി ജീവനക്കാർക്ക് G.O ( Rt . ) No. 101 / 78 / AD dated 16.01.1978 പ്രകാരം ഒബ്ലിഗേറ്ററിയായി നിശ്ചയിക്കപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷകൾക്ക് ഫീസ് സൗജന്യത്തിന് അർഹത ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ട്രഷറി, ലോക്കൽ ഫണ്ട് ആഡിറ്റ് എന്നീ വകുപ്പുകളിലെ ജീവനക്കാർക്ക് ഒഴികെയുള്ളവർക്ക് Account Test (Higher) – ന് ഫീസ് സൗജന്യത്തിന് അർഹത ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കുന്നതല്ല .

വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ വകുപ്പിലെ Higher Secondary School Teacher , Vocational Higher Secondary School Teacher, Non Vocational Higher Secondary (School Teacher, ആരോഗ്യ വകുപ്പിലേയും, മെഡിക്കൽ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ വകുപ്പിലെയും Staff Nurse, Head Nurse എന്നീ തസ്തികകളിൽ ജോലി നോക്കുന്നവർക്ക് വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷ – നിർബന്ധം അല്ലാത്തതിനാൽ ഫീസ് സൗജന്യത്തിന് അർഹത ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

ഫീസ് സൗജന്യത്തിന് അർഹരായിട്ടുള്ളവർ പ്രസ്തുത വിവരം അപേക്ഷയിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതു കൂടാതെ Admission Ticket – ലെ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് തങ്ങളുടെ വകുപ്പു മേധാവിയേയോ ആഫീസ് മേധാവിയേയോ കൊണ്ട് സർട്ടിഫൈ ചെയ്യിക്കേണ്ടതും ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട് കോളത്തിൽ ടിക്ക് മാർക്ക് ചെയ്യിക്കേണ്ടതുമാണ്.

Annexure – A യിൽ 24 ൽ കൊടുത്തിരിക്കുന്ന കേരള ജയിൽ ഓഫീസേഴ്സ് ടെസ്റ്റ് – മൂന്നാം പേപ്പർ ( പ്രാക്ടിക്കൽ ) പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് ജയിൽ ഐ.ജി. അംഗീകരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും അതായത് 30-09-1993 വരെ RICA ൽ നിന്നും / SICA – ൽ നിന്നും 1-10-1993 മുതൽ 13-10-2003 വരെ SICA ൽ നിന്നു മാത്രവും 14-10-2003 മുതൽ RICA ൽ നിന്നും/ SICA ൽ നിന്നും ആംഡ് ആന്റ് സ്ക്വാഡ് ഡില്ലിൽ (റൈഫിൾ ഷൂട്ടിംഗ് , റിവോൾവർ ഷൂട്ടിംഗ് മുതലായവ) – പരീശീലനം വിജയകരമായി പൂർത്തിയാക്കിയ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ലഭിച്ചവർക്ക് മാത്രമേ അപേക്ഷിക്കുവാൻ അർഹതയുള്ളൂ .

തമിഴ് നാട്ടിലെ വെല്ലൂരിലുള്ള RICA യുടെ പേര് APCA (Academy of Prisons & Correctional Administration) എന്നാക്കി മാറ്റിയിട്ടുള്ളതിനാൽ ടി സ്ഥാപനത്തിൽ നിന്നും സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് നേടിയിട്ടുള്ളവർക്കും പ്രായോഗിക പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് അപേക്ഷിക്കാവുന്നതാണ് . അല്ലാതെയുള്ളവരുടെ അപേക്ഷകൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ട്രെയിനിംഗ് നേടിയിട്ടുള്ള സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിന്റെ ശരിപ്പകർപ്പ് സ്വയം സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തി ജോയിന്റ് സെക്രട്ടറി, വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷാവിഭാഗം , കേരള പബ്ലിക് സർവ്വീസ് കമ്മീഷൻ, പട്ടം, തിരുവനന്തപുരം എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷയുടെ അപേക്ഷ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതിയ്ക്ക മുൻപായി ലഭിക്കത്തക്കവിധം അയച്ചുതരേണ്ടതാണ്. അല്ലാത്തവരുടെ അപേക്ഷകൾ നിരുപാധികം നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ്. അവരെ പ്രായോഗിക പരീക്ഷയിൽ പങ്കെടുപ്പിക്കുന്നതല്ല. മേൽ പറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്ന ടെസ്റ്റിന്റെ പ്രായോഗിക പരീക്ഷ തിരുവനന്തപുരത്താ, തൃശൂരോ, കണ്ണുരോ സൗകര്യപ്രദമായ മറ്റേതെങ്കിലും കേന്ദ്രത്തിൽ വച്ചോ നടത്തുന്നതായിരിക്കും പ്രായോഗിക പരീക്ഷ നടത്തുന്ന സ്ഥലവും തീയതിയും യഥാവസരം പ്രസിദ്ധപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതാണ്.

വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷയുടെ ഭാഗമായി നടത്തിയിരുന്ന ജയിൽ സബോർഡിനേറ്റ് ആഫീസേഴ്സിന്റെ പ്രായോഗിക പരീക്ഷ 22.05.2019 ലെ സ.ഉ. ( കെ ) 54/2019 ആഭ്യന്തരം പ്രകാരം പെഷ്യൽ ടെസ്റ്റ് ആയി നടത്തുന്നതാണ് . അതിലേയ്ക്കായി പ്രത്യേക വിജ്ഞാപനം പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കുന്നതാണ് Annexure – A യിൽ 31 – മതായി കൊടുത്തിരിക്കുന്ന കേരള പഞ്ചായത്ത് ടെസ്റ്റ് , പഞ്ചായത്ത് ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്മെന്റിലെ യു.ഡി ക്ലാർക്കുമാർ , ഹെഡ് ക്ലാർക്കുമാർ , പഞ്ചായത്ത് എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് ഓഫീസർമാർ എന്നിവർക്കു വേണ്ടി G.O. ( MS .) No.154/ 75/ LA & SWD dated 9-7-1975 പ്രകാരം നടത്തുന്ന പൊതുപരീക്ഷയാണ് . മുമ്പ് നടത്തിയിരുന്ന കേരള പഞ്ചായത്ത് എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് ഓഫീസേഴ്സ് ടെസ്റ്റ് പ്രസ്തുത ഉത്തരവ് പ്രകാരം നിർത്തലാക്കി കഴിഞ്ഞു . കേരള പഞ്ചായത്ത് എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് ഓഫീസേഴ്സ് ടെസ്റ്റിന്റെ എല്ലാ പേപ്പറുകളും ഇതിനകം തന്ന് ജയിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളവരെ പഞ്ചായത്ത് ടെസ്റ്റ് എഴുതുന്നതിൽ നിന്നും ഒഴിവാക്കിയിട്ടുണ്ട് . കേരള പഞ്ചായത്ത് എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് ഓഫീസേഴ്സ് ടെസ്റ്റിലെ ഏതെങ്കിലും പേപ്പറുകൾ ജയിക്കുവാൻ ഉള്ളവർ പഞ്ചായത്ത് ടെസ്റ്റിലെ തദനുസൃതമായ (Corresponding) പേപ്പറിന് ചേർന്ന് ജയിച്ചാൽ മതിയാകുന്നതാണ്.

ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്മെന്റൽ ടെസ്റ്റ് ഫോർ ദി എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് ആന്റ് മിനിസ്റ്റീരിയൽ സ്റ്റാഫ് ഓഫ് കെ.എസ്.ഇ. ബോർഡ് എന്ന വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷയുടെ പഴയസിലബസ്സിൽ മൂന്നാമത്തെ പേപ്പറായ Eletcrictiy Supply Act പ്രസ്തുത സിലബസ്സിൽ പാസ്സാകുന്നതിന് രണ്ട് അവസരം ( 07/2019 , 01/2020 ) നൽകിയിരുന്നതും ടി പേപ്പർ വിജയിക്കുന്ന മുറയ്ക്ക് പഴയ സിലബസ്സിലുള്ള സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് നൽകുന്നതും , 1/2019 മുതൽ പരിഷ്കരിച്ച muleimig lenge Eletcrictiy Act 2003 , Companies Act 2013 & Rules ഉം അതിനോടൊപ്പം പുതുതായി ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയ Goods and Services Tax , Indian Cotnract Act – 1872- ഉം പാസ്സാകുന്നവർക്കു മാത്രം പുതിയ സിലബസ്സിലുള്ള സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് നൽകുന്നതുമാണ് .

Annexure – A യിൽ 24 – മതായി കൊടുത്തിരിക്കുന്ന Kerala Jail Officers Test ന്റെ പേപ്പർ സിലബസ്സിൽ പാസ്സായവർക്ക് ടി പേപ്പർ പുതിയ സിലബസ്സിൽ അപേക്ഷിച്ചു വിജയിക്കുന്ന മുറയ്ക്ക് പുതിയ സിലബസ്സിൽ ഉള്ള സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് നൽകുന്നതാണ് .

ജനപ്രതിനിധികളുടെ പേഴ്സണൽ സ്റ്റാഫിൽ അംഗമായിട്ടുള്ള സർക്കാർ ജീവനക്കാർ വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് ഹാജരാക്കുന്ന അഡ്മിഷൻ ടിക്കറ്റിലെ സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തലുകൾ ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട ജനപ്രതിനിധി നിർവ്വഹിച്ചാലും മതിയാകും . അവരുടെ പേര് , പദവി മുതലായവ ഉൾക്കൊള്ളുന്ന സീലുകൾ യഥാസ്ഥാനത്ത് നിർബന്ധമായും പതിച്ചിരിക്കണം .

ഓരോ ടെസ്റ്റും അതാതു വകുപ്പിലെ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥർ പാസ്സായിരിക്കണമെന്ന് കാലാകാലങ്ങളിൽ പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള സർക്കാർ ഉത്തരവിൻ പ്രകാരം നിർബന്ധമാക്കിയിട്ടുള്ളതാണ് . ( ജയിൽ ടെസ്റ്റ് , കേരള സ്റ്റേറ്റ് പ്രൊബേഷൻ ടെസ്റ്റ് , രജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ ടെസ്റ്റ് , ലോക്കൽ ഫണ്ട് ആഡിറ്റ് ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്മെന്റൽ ടെസ്റ്റ് , ഫോറസ്റ്റ് ടെസ്റ്റ് , പഞ്ചായത്ത് ടെസ്റ്റ് , കോഓപ്പറേറ്റീവ് ടെസ്റ്റ് , എസ്.സി. ഡെവലപ്പ്മെന്റ് ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്മെന്റൽ ടെസ്റ്റ് , കേരള സ്റ്റേറ്റ് ട്രാൻസ്പോർട്ട് സർവ്വീസിലെ അംഗങ്ങൾക്കുള്ള ടെസ്റ്റ് എന്നിവ അതാതു വകുപ്പിലെ ഉദ്യാഗസ്ഥന്മാർക്ക് മാത്രമുള്ളതാണ് . കേരള സ്റ്റേറ്റ് പ്രൊബേഷൻ ടെസ്റ്റ് സാമൂഹ്യക്ഷേമവകുപ്പിലെ ഡിസ്ട്രിക്ട് പ്രാബേഷൻ ആഫീസർമാരെ ഉദ്ദേശിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതാണ് .

വിവിധ വകുപ്പുകളിലുള്ളവർക്ക് അതാതു വകുപ്പുകളിൽ നിർബന്ധിതമാക്കിയിട്ടുള്ള എല്ലാ ടെസ്റ്റുകളും എഴുതുവാൻ കഴിയത്തക്കവിധമാണ് കമ്മീഷൻ ടൈംടേബിൾ തയ്യാറാക്കുന്നത് . എന്നാൽ ഏതെങ്കിലും വകുപ്പിൽ നിർബന്ധിതമല്ലാത്ത പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്നവർ ടൈംടേബിൾ പ്രകാരം പ്രസ്തുത പരീക്ഷ എഴുതുവാൻ സാധിക്കുമെങ്കിൽ മാത്രം അപേക്ഷിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . അല്ലാതെ അതിനായി ടൈംടേബിളിൽ മാറ്റം വരുത്തുന്നതല്ല.

31.07.1986 ലെ GO ( Ms ) No. 249 / 86 / GAD അനുസരിച്ച് ഇന്ത്യൻ ഫോറസ്റ്റ് സർവ്വീസ് ( L.F.S. ) ലുള്ള ജൂനിയർ മെംമ്പർമാർക്ക് യൂണിഫൈഡ് അക്കൗണ്ട് ടെസ്റ്റ് പ്രത്യേകം നടത്തുന്നതിനാൽ 15.12.1978 – ലെ GO ( Ms ) No.549 / 78 / GAD അനുസരിച്ചുള്ള അക്കൗണ്ട് ടെസ്റ്റ് ( ലോവർ ) നാല് പേപ്പറുകൾ ബാധകമായിരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . പ്രസ്തുത സർവ്വീസിലുള്ളവർ പ്രത്യേക വിജ്ഞാപന പ്രകാരം യൂണിഫൈഡ് അക്കൗണ്ട് ടെസ്റ്റിന് അപേക്ഷിച്ചു കൊള്ളണ്ടതാണ് . ഇന്ത്യൻ ഫോറസ്റ്റ് സർവ്വീസ് ( I.F.S. ) – ലുള്ള ജൂനിയർ മെംമ്പർമാർ “ ഫോറസ്റ്റ് ടെസ്റ്റ് ഫോർ എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് ആന്റ് കൺട്രോളിംഗ് സ്റ്റാഫ് ” എന്ന പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് ഈ വിജ്ഞാപന പ്രകാരം അപേക്ഷിക്കേണ്ടതില്ല . ടി പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് അപേക്ഷകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊണ്ടുള്ള വിജ്ഞാപനം 19-2-1985 0900lvloe GO ( Ms ) No. 74 / 85 / GAD അനുസരിച്ച് പ്രത്യേകം പ്രസിദ്ധപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതാണ്.

Annexure – ‘ A ‘ യിൽ 15 മതായി കൊടുത്തിരിക്കുന്ന മുൻസിപ്പൽ ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്മെന്റൽ ടെസ്റ്റ് , മുൻസിപ്പൽ ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്മെന്റിൽ ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്ന ക്ലാർക്കുമാർക്കുവേണ്ടി 12-7-1978 തീയതിയിലെ G.O ( Rt . ) 2072 / 78 / LA & S.W.D , 25-5-1979 തീയതിയിലെ G.O ( Rt . ) 1712 / 79 / L A & S.W.D , 20-2-1981 തീയതിയിലെ G.O ( M.S ) 3681 / LA & S.W.D. എന്നീ ഉത്തരവുകൾ പ്രകാരം നടത്തുന്ന് പരീക്ഷയാണ് .

ഈ പരീക്ഷയുടേയും കേരള മുൻസിപ്പൽ ടെസ്റ്റ് മൂന്നാം പേപ്പറിന്റേയും സിലബസ് ഒന്നു തന്നെയാണ് . പരീക്ഷാ ഹാളിൽ ബുക്കുകളുടെ സഹായത്തോടുകൂടി ഉത്തരമെഴുതാവുന്ന ടെസ്റ്റുകൾ ( with books ) ഏതെല്ലാമാണെന്ന് അനുബന്ധത്തിൽ സിലബസ് വിവരിക്കുന്നിടത്ത് വ്യക്തമാക്കിയിട്ടുണ്ട് . അങ്ങനെയുള്ള ടെസ്റ്റുകൾക്ക് നിശ്ചയിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള പുസ്തകങ്ങളും ( ഗവൺമെന്റ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരണങ്ങൾ മാത്രം) അവയിൽ വരുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ള ഭേദഗതികളും തൽസംബന്ധമായി ഗവണ്മെന്റ് പ്രസിദ്ധപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ള ആക്ട് ആന്റ് റൂൾസ് മാത്രം ഉപയോഗിക്കാവുന്നതാണ് . സർക്കാർ ഉത്തരവാകുന്ന മുറയ്ക്ക് നിശ്ചിത പേപ്പറിന് നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട കാലാവധിക്ക് അനുവദിക്കുന്ന സ്വകാര്യ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരണങ്ങൾ മാത്രമേ തദനുസൃതമായി പരീക്ഷാഹാളിൽ ഉപയോഗിക്കുവാൻ അനുവാദമുള്ളൂ .

ഇപ്രകാരം Time Table Notification ൽ വ്യക്തമായി പറഞ്ഞിട്ടുള്ളതല്ലാതെ സ്വകാര്യ പ്രസാധകർ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള കേരള സർവ്വീസ് റൂൾസ് തുടങ്ങിയ ഒരു സ്വകാര്യ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരണവും പരീക്ഷാഹാളിൽ ഉപയോഗിക്കുവാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല . കുറിപ്പുകളോ വിവരങ്ങളോ അടങ്ങിയ ബുക്കുകളും ഗൈഡുകളും , അംഗീകൃത പുസ്തകങ്ങളുടെ സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയ പകർപ്പ് (ടൈം ടേബിൾ വിജ്ഞാപനത്തിൽ അനുവദിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളവ ഒഴികെ) എന്നിവയും പരീക്ഷാഹാളിൽ കൊണ്ടു വരുന്നതിന് അനുവദിക്കുന്നതല്ല .

ഈ നിർദ്ദേശങ്ങൾക്ക് വിപരീതമായി പെരുമാറുന്ന പരീക്ഷാർത്ഥികളുടെ പരീക്ഷാഫലം അസാധുവാക്കപ്പെടുന്നതാണ് . അതിനോടൊപ്പം തന്ന കമ്മീഷന് ഉചിതമെന്ന് തോന്നുന്ന മറ്റ് ശിക്ഷാ നടപടികളും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതാണ് . സിലബസിന്റെ നേർക്ക് ( with books ) എന്ന് എഴുതിയിട്ടില്ലാത്ത പരീക്ഷകൾ ബുക്കുകളുടെ സഹായമില്ലാതെ എഴുതേണ്ടതാണ് . മറ്റ് നിർദ്ദേശങ്ങൾ അഡ്മിഷൻ ടിക്കറ്റിനൊപ്പം ലഭിക്കുന്നതും അവ വായിച്ച് കൃത്യമായി പാലിക്കേണ്ടതുമാണ്.

ഡിപ്പാർട്ട്മെന്റൽ പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് അപേക്ഷ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതി വരെ പരീക്ഷാർത്ഥികൾക്ക് പേപ്പറുകൾ / മേഖല എന്നിവ മാറ്റുവാനുള്ള അവസരം അവരുടെ പാഫൈലിൽ ലഭ്യമാകുന്നതാണ് . പരീക്ഷാപേപ്പറുകൾ പരീക്ഷാർത്ഥികൾ സ്വയം തെരഞ്ഞെടുക്കുന്നതിനാൽ അവസാന തീയതിക്കു ശേഷം യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും അനുവദിക്കപ്പെട്ട പേപ്പറുകളിൽ മാറ്റം നൽകുന്നതല്ല.

താഴെ പറയുന്ന ന്യൂനതകളുള്ള അപേക്ഷകൾ നിരുപാധികം നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

1. മതിയായ അപേക്ഷാ ഫീസ് ഇല്ലാത്ത അപേക്ഷകൾ

2 . പരീക്ഷാഫീസ് അടയ്ക്കുന്നതിൽ നിന്നും ഒഴിവാക്കപ്പെടുന്നതിനുള്ള അർഹത ഇല്ലാതെ സൗജന്യ അവസരം ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് അപേക്ഷിച്ചവരുടെ അപേക്ഷകൾ

3. ഒരു സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിനാവശ്യമായ പേപ്പറുകൾക്ക് മുഴുവനായോ ഭാഗികമായോ സൗജന്യ അവസരം ഒരു തവണ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുകയും പിന്നീട് സൗജന്യ അവസരത്തിന് അപേക്ഷിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ളവർ

4. നിർദ്ദേശ പ്രകാരമല്ലാത്ത ഫോട്ടോയോടുകൂടിയ അപേക്ഷകൾ

താഴെ പറയുന്ന ന്യൂനതകളുള്ളവരുടെ പരീക്ഷാഫലം അസാധുവാക്കുന്നതാണ്.

1. അഡ്മിഷൻ ടിക്കറ്റിലെ സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തലുകൾ യഥാവിധി നിർവ്വഹിക്കാതിരിക്കുക .

2. ഫീസ് സൗജന്യം അപേക്ഷയിൽ അവകാശപ്പെടുകയും ആയത് തെളിയിക്കുന്ന സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഹാജരാക്കാതിരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുക .

3. അഡ്മിഷൻ ടിക്കറ്റ് പ്രകാരം അനുവദിക്കാത്ത പേപ്പറുകൾക്ക് പരീക്ഷ എഴുതുക .

4. അഡ്മിഷൻ ടിക്കറ്റിലെ ഫോട്ടോയ്ക്കു മുകളിൽ മറ്റു ഫോട്ടോ ഒട്ടിച്ച് പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് ഹാജരാകുക

ഒന്നിൽ കൂടുതൽ ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണവശാൽ വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷകൾ റദ്ദാക്കുകയോ , മാറ്റിവെയ്ക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്ന പക്ഷം ആയത് സംബന്ധിച്ച വിവരങ്ങൾ പ്രത ദൃശ്യമാധ്യമങ്ങൾ വഴി മാത്രം അറിയിക്കുന്നതാണ് . പരീക്ഷാർത്ഥികൾക്ക് വ്യക്തിഗത മെമ്മോ നൽകുന്നതല്ല .

വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷ (KERALA PSC DEPARTMENTAL TESTS) പരീക്ഷാര്‍ത്ഥികള്‍ക്കുള്ള നിര്‍ദ്ദേശങ്ങള്‍

1. കേരള പബ്ലിക് സര്‍വ്വീസ് കമ്മീഷന്‍ നടത്തുന്ന വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷകള്‍ (Departmental Tests) ഒബ്ജക്ടീവ് ടൈപ്പ് (Online) രീതിയിലായിരിക്കും.

2. വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷകളില്‍ Account Test KSR (Lower), KSR (Higher), Excise Test Part A – I, II Papers, Excise Test Part B – Criminal Law, Executive Officers Test Paper II-KSR എന്നീ പരീക്ഷകള്‍ക്ക് രണ്ട് മണിക്കൂറും ആയിരിക്കും സമയക്രമം. മറ്റു പരീക്ഷകള്‍ക്ക് ഒരു മണിക്കൂറും ആയിരിക്കും സമയക്രമം. പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് ഒരു മണിക്കൂര്‍ മുന്‍പ് പരീക്ഷാര്‍ത്ഥികള്‍ പരീക്ഷാകേന്ദ്രത്തില്‍ ഹാജരാകേണ്ടതാണ്.

വെരിഫിക്കേഷന്‍ നടപടി സമയം കഴിഞ്ഞ് വൈകിയെത്തുന്ന പരീക്ഷാര്‍ത്ഥികളെ പരീക്ഷ എഴുതാന്‍ അനുവദിക്കുന്നതല്ല. വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷയുടെ വെരിഫിക്കേഷന്‍ ഉള്‍പ്പെടെയുള്ള നടപടികള്‍ പൂര്‍ത്തിയാക്കുന്നതിലേയ്ക്കായി പരീക്ഷാര്‍ത്ഥികള്‍ പരീക്ഷാകേന്ദ്രത്തില്‍ ടൈംടേബിള്‍ പ്രകാരമുള്ള സമയത്തു തന്നെ റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ട് ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ്.

3. പരീക്ഷാര്‍ത്ഥികള്‍ തങ്ങളുടെ പ്രൊഫൈലില്‍നിന്നും ഡൗണ്‍ലോഡ് ചെയ്‌തെടുക്കുന്ന അഡ്മിഷന്‍ ടിക്കറ്റില്‍ പി.എസ്.സി. മുദ്രയുടെ പ്രിന്റ് ഉണ്ടെന്ന് ഉറപ്പു വരുത്തേണ്ടതാണ്. അല്ലാത്തപക്ഷം അവരുടെ ഉത്തരക്കടലാസ് അസാധുവാക്കുന്നതാണ്.

4. പരീക്ഷാര്‍ത്ഥികള്‍ അഡ്മിഷന്‍ ടിക്കറ്റില്‍ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ള നിര്‍ദ്ദേശങ്ങള്‍ നിര്‍ബന്ധമായും പാലിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.

പരീക്ഷാര്‍ത്ഥികള്‍ അഡ്മിഷന്‍ ടിക്കറ്റ് (ഓഫീസ് മേധാവി യഥാവിധി സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയത്) ഹാജരാക്കേണ്ടതും, പരിശോധനയ്ക്ക് നല്‍കി തിരികെ കൈപ്പറ്റേണ്ടതുമാണ്. അഡ്മിഷന്‍ ടിക്കറ്റ് (ഓഫീസ് മേധാവി സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയത്) ഹാജരാക്കാത്തപക്ഷം പരീക്ഷ എഴുതാന്‍ അനുവദിക്കുതല്ല.

5. അഡ്മിഷന്‍ ടിക്കറ്റില്‍ ഫോട്ടോയ്ക്കു താഴെ നല്‍കിയിരിക്കുന്ന സ്ഥലത്ത് പരീക്ഷാര്‍ത്ഥി ഒപ്പ് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തേണ്ടതാണ്.

6. പരീക്ഷാര്‍ത്ഥിയുടെ അഡ്മിഷന്‍ ടിക്കറ്റ് ഓഫീസ് മേലധികാരി സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കണം. പരീക്ഷാര്‍ത്ഥിയുടെ ഒപ്പ്, ഫോട്ടോ, പേര് എന്നിവയും Free chance അവകാശപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുണ്ടോ എന്നതും പരിശോധിച്ച് മേലധികാരി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട കോളങ്ങളില്‍ മാര്‍ക്ക് ചെയ്തുവെന്നും ഓഫീസ് മുദ്രയോടൊപ്പം സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന മേലധികാരിയുടെ ഒപ്പ്, പേര്, തസ്തികയുടെ പേര് എന്നിവയോരോന്നും വ്യക്തമായിത്തന്നെ അഡ്മിഷന്‍ ടിക്കറ്റില്‍ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട് എന്നും ഉറപ്പുവരുത്തേണ്ടതാണ്.

ആഫീസ് സീല്‍ ഔദ്യോഗിക പദവിയ്ക്ക് തെളിവായി സ്വീകരിക്കപ്പെടുന്നതല്ല. അപേക്ഷകന്‍ തന്നെ ഓഫീസ് മേധാവിയാണെങ്കില്‍ അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ മേലധികാരിയുടെ മേലൊപ്പ് ആണ് വാങ്ങേണ്ടത്. ഇവയിലേതെങ്കിലുമൊന്ന് വിട്ടുപോകുതിനാലും അപൂര്‍ണ്ണമോ, അവ്യക്തമോ ആയ സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തലുകള്‍ കാരണമായും പരീക്ഷാര്‍ത്ഥികള്‍ക്ക് പരീക്ഷയെഴുതുവാനുള്ള അവസരം നഷ്ടമാവുകയോ, പരീക്ഷയെഴുതിയ പേപ്പര്‍ അസാധുവാക്കപ്പെടുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്.

7. ഓരോപേപ്പറിന്റേയും പരമാവധി മാര്‍ക്ക് 100 ഉം വിജയിക്കുന്നതിനുളള കുറഞ്ഞ മാര്‍ക്ക് 40% ഉം ആയിരിക്കും. നെഗറ്റീവ് മാര്‍ക്ക് ബാധകമാണ്. ഉത്തരം രേഖപ്പെടുത്താത്ത
ചോദ്യങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് മാര്‍ക്ക് നഷ്ടമാവുകയില്ല. ഓരോ ശരിയുത്തരത്തിനും 1 മാര്‍ക്ക് ലഭിക്കുകയും ഓരോ തെറ്റുത്തരത്തിനും 1/3 മാര്‍ക്ക് നഷ്ടമാവുകയും ചെയ്യും

8. യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും പരീക്ഷാകേന്ദ്രമാറ്റം അനുവദിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

9. യാത്രാബത്തയ്ക്ക് അര്‍ഹരായ പരീക്ഷാര്‍ത്ഥികള്‍ Attendance Certificate അതതു ദിവസം പരീക്ഷാകേന്ദ്രത്തിലെ ചീഫ് സൂപ്രണ്ടില്‍നിന്നും കൈപ്പറ്റേണ്ടതാണ്.

10. കമ്മീഷന്റെ നിര്‍ദ്ദേശങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് വിരുദ്ധമായി കുറിപ്പുകള്‍, അംഗീകാരമില്ലാത്ത പുസ്തകങ്ങള്‍, ഗൈഡുകള്‍, മൊബൈല്‍ ഫോണ്‍, ഡിജിറ്റല്‍ ഡയറി, കാല്‍ക്കുലേറ്റര്‍, ഫോട്ടോസ്റ്റാറ്റ് പകര്‍പ്പുകള്‍, ബ്ലൂടൂത്ത്, വാക്ക്മാന്‍, വാച്ച് തുടങ്ങിയ ഇലക്‌ട്രോണിക്/ വാര്‍ത്താ വിനിമയ ഉപകരണങ്ങള്‍ എന്നിവ പരീക്ഷാകേന്ദ്രത്തില്‍ അനുവദിക്കുന്നതല്ല. പരീക്ഷാജോലിയുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരോട് അപമര്യാദയായി പെരുമാറുന്നവരുടെ
ഉത്തരക്കടലാസുകള്‍ അസാധുവാക്കുതും അവര്‍ക്കെതിരെ കമ്മീഷന്‍ ഉചിതമായ ശിക്ഷാ നടപടികള്‍ സ്വീകരിക്കുതുമാണ്.
പരീക്ഷാ സമയം അവസാനിയ്ക്കുമ്പോള്‍, നിര്‍ദ്ദേശം ലഭിച്ചശേഷം മാത്രമേ പരീക്ഷാര്‍ത്ഥികള്‍ പരീക്ഷാഹാളില്‍ നിന്നും പുറത്തുപോകാന്‍ പാടുള്ളൂ.

11. സെക്കന്റ് ക്ലാസ് ലാംഗ്വേജ് ടെസ്റ്റ് ഇന്‍ മലയാളം (തമിഴ്/കഡ) 45 മിനിട്ട്, മൈനോറിറ്റി ലാംഗ്വേജ് ടെസ്റ്റ് (തമിഴ്/കഡ) 2 മണിക്കൂര്‍ എന്നീ പരീക്ഷകള്‍ക്ക് വിവരണാത്മക രീതി തുടരുന്നതാണ്.

നിര്‍ദ്ദേശങ്ങള്‍ പരീക്ഷാര്‍ത്ഥികള്‍ കര്‍ശനമായി പാലിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. വീഴ്ച വരുത്തുവരുടെ പേരില്‍ വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷകളില്‍നിന്ന് ഡീബാര്‍ ചെയ്യുന്നതുള്‍പ്പെടെയുള്ള ശിക്ഷാനടപടികള്‍ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

കേരള അഡ്മിനിസ്ട്രേറ്റീവ് ട്രൈബൂണലിന്റെ OA No. 193/2012-ാം നമ്പര്‍ കേസിലെ ഉത്തരവിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തില്‍ വനം വകുപ്പിലെ ജീവനക്കാര്‍ക്കു വേണ്ടി നടത്തുന്ന വകുപ്പുതല പരീക്ഷക്ക് സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കുന്ന Forest Law, Forest Code എന്നീ പുസ്തകങ്ങളുടെ സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയ പകര്‍പ്പുകള്‍ (ഓഫീസ് മേധാവി സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയത്) ഉപയോഗിച്ച് പരീക്ഷ എഴുതുവാന്‍ നിരുപാധികം അനുവദിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.

സിവില്‍ ജുഡീഷ്യല്‍ ടെസ്റ്റ് പേപ്പര്‍ II ല്‍ ഉള്‍പ്പെട്ട Bare Act – കളുടെ സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരണം പരീക്ഷാര്‍ത്ഥികള്‍ക്ക് ലഭ്യമല്ലാത്ത സാഹചര്യത്തില്‍ ടി Bare Act കളുടെ അസ്സല്‍ കേന്ദ്ര/സംസ്ഥാന സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ വെബ്‌സൈറ്റുകളില്‍ ലഭ്യമായത് ഉദ്യോഗാര്‍ത്ഥികള്‍ പ്രിന്റ് എടുത്ത് ഓഫീസ് മേധാവി ചുവടെപ്പറയും പ്രകാരം രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി (ഒപ്പ്, പേര്, ഔദ്യോഗിക മേല്‍വിലാസം, ഓഫീസ് സീല്‍ എന്നിവ പതിച്ച് സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയത്) ഉപയോഗിച്ച് പരീക്ഷയെഴുതുവാന്‍ അനുവദിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

ഈ Bare Act വെബ്‌സൈറ്റില്‍ നിന്നും ഡൗലോഡ് ചെയ്തതാണെന്നും ഇതില്‍ മറ്റ് യാതൊന്നും കൂട്ടിച്ചേര്‍ത്തിട്ടില്ലായെന്നും സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തുന്നു.

താഴെപ്പറയുന്ന ആക്ട്, റൂളുകള്‍ എന്നിവയുടെ ഔദ്യോഗിക വെബ്‌സൈറ്റില്‍നിന്ന് ഡൗണ്‍ലോഡ് ചെയ്തകോപ്പി വകുപ്പ് മേധാവി സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തി പരീക്ഷാഹാളില്‍ ഉപയോഗിക്കുവാന്‍ അനുമതി നല്‍കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്.

Candidates should be present for the identification at the time specified in the Admission Ticket duly attested by the Head of Office. . They should not bring any electronic/ communication devices such as watch, mobile phone, calculator, digital diary, pendrive, memory card etc. In the verification hall and online examination hall. These equipment are not permitted in the premises of online examination centre

As the photograph of the candidate with name and date has been uploaded with the application, the scanned image of that photograph with the above details will be available on the Admission ticket. Hence no photograph shall be pasted on the admission ticket. Those who produce admission ticket with photograph pasted on the scanned image will not be allowed to attend the examination.

If the scanned image of the photograph on the Admission Ticket is not of the specified size or not identifiable or does not bear name of candidate and date of photograph, such candidates will not be admitted to the examination.

Candidates should put their signature against the names in the signed Address list provided in the verification hall. After identification, an Access Card will be issued to the candidate, only with which the candidate can enter in to the Online Examination Hall.

All candidates will be under camera surveillance. Candidates who misbehave with the officials on duty/who commit any sort of malpractice/who resort to any unfair means/who communicate with any other candidate during the course of examination will be ousted from the examination hall and their candidature will be invalidated and legal action will be pursued against them including debarment.

No change of examination centre will be allowed at any circumstances.

Candidates who are eligible for Travel Allowance should obtain attendance certificate from the Chief Superintendent on the day of the examination itself.

In case of postponement of examination for any reason whatsoever, the new date will be published in print and visual media and in the website of the Commission. Individual communication will not be issued to candidates in this regard. Candidates shall produce the same Admission Ticket for the examination on the new date.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS TO KERALA PSC DEPARTMENTAL TESTS CANDIDATES REGARDING ONLINE EXAMINATION

After identification, candidates will be provided with an Access Card, only with which candidates can enter into the Online Examination Hall.

The Access Card will bear the Seat No., Reg.No. Username and Password allotted to the candidate. Since it is a confidential record for the particular examination, the candidates should keep it safely and produce it at the entrance of the Online Examination Hall.

Candidates should occupy their seats noted in the Access Card 30 minutes before the start of examination

Candidates can log in to the computer using the Username and password provided in the Access Card. On clicking the text box for username and password, a virtual key board will be displayed. The candidates should enter the username and password from the virtual key board by using the mouse

The answers of questions for online examination should be entered in the computer by mouse click.

After successful log in, the instructions for online examination will be displayed on the monitor

There will be a familiarization session 15 minutes prior to the examination. At the specified time, candidates will be automatically directed to the familiarization module automatically. The candidates can attend a demo test in this module by clicking the answer options for each question.

At the specified time of examination, the demo test screen will disappear and the candidate will be automatically directed to the actual examination module where the candidate can attend the examination. A time will also be displayed in the examination module at the top right corner. The timer will display the remaining time of examination.

There will be 100 questions for each examination. One question only will be displayed at a time.

Each question carries four options. Candidates can mark their answer by clicking the option button. After clicking the option button, on the clicking the next button, the marked answer will be stored and next question will be displayed. By this means candidates can answer the questions.

There will be a strip of 100 boxes, which represent 100 questions, at the bottom of the screen. On answering a question, the corresponding box in the strip will become blue in colour, which will help the candidate to identify the answered and unanswered questions easily. By clicking a box, the corresponding question will be displayed and the candidate can record the answer or can change the answer by un-ticking the option box already ticked.

Instructions for the safe conduct of Kerala PSC Departmental Tests Examination in view of Covid – 19 PANDEMIC

1. Candidates should follow Covid-19 norms of social distancing as well as personal hygiene inside the examination hall as well as in the premises of the examination centre. In order to avoid crowding candidates are requested not to bring any companions to the examination centre

2. Wearing of mask and gloves are mandatory for all candidates. Candidates without mask and gloves will not be allowed entry into the venue.

3. Candidates may also carry his/her own hand sanitizer (small size) and drinking water in transparent bottles.

4. Candidates should scrupulously follow the directions given by the invigilator or Chief Superintendent of examination centre and co-operate with them for the smooth conduct of the examination.
