PERIOD OF CONTRACT

The contract of employment will be for an initial period of 02 (two) vears and extendable up
to two more years subject to requirement and individual performance.

MODE OF SELECTION

The mode of selection shall include Written Test /Skill Test / Interview as applicable.

GENERAL 

1. Appointment will be purely on Contract basis for a fixed tenure. The employment will
gei terminated at the end of the Contract period. The appointment will not confer any
right on a candidate for any future employment in HOCL.
2. The recruitment is being conducted to prepare a panel to fill the existing as well as
anticipated vacancies.
3. Reservation of posts will be applicable as per rules and will be complied at the time of
appointment.
4. All Educational Qualifications stipulated should be from recognized University I
lnstitution.
Age relaxation to SC/ST/OBC/PWD/Ex-servicemen candidates will be as per rules.
One year apprenticeship in a similar industry will be treated as equivalent to one year
experience.
7. The pay shown above is all inclusive consolidated pay and no other allowances will be
payable,
8. Only male candidates need to apply for posts under Sl.No. 1,2, 3,5, 6, 8 & 9 since the
work involves deployment in rotational shifts round the clock.
