The Kerala Solid Waste Management Project (KSWMP) is a state-wide initiative with World Bank funding to transform solid waste management (SWM) in 93 Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) by improving systems, ensuring clean cities, promoting waste segregation/recycling, building capacity and developing regional facilities, all managed through a dedicated State Project Management Unit (SPMU) with technical & financial support for sustainable urban living.

B.Tech in Civil Engineering Minimum of 4 years experience in urban infrastructure projects preferably in SWM projects.
Solid Waste Management Engineer	1. M.Tech/ME/MS in Civil/Environmental Engineering. Minimum of 1 year experience in urban infrastructure projects preferably in SWM projects. 2. B.Tech in Civil Engineering with Regular MBA from reputed institution. Minimum of 1 year experience in urban infrastructure projects preferably in SWM projects. 3. B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Minimum of 3 years experience in urban infrastructure projects preferably in SWM Projects.
