  EDUCATIONAL  QUALIFICATION

• Essential: B. E/ B. Tech in Civil Engineering with minimum of 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA from an AICTE/MHRD recognized University/ Institute and M. E/M. Tech in Geo informatics /Remote Sensing/Water Resources Engineering/Environmental Engineering selected through GATE with 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA.
  

• Desirable: Experience in computer skills preferred are ArcGIS, ENVI, Python, etc.

  GENERAL INFORMATION

•  Candidates before appearing for the interview shall ensure that they are eligible for the
  position they intend to apply.
  

• Candidates desiring to appear for the Interview should submit their applications with the
  following documents to the Office of the Principal Investigator through Registered/Post.
  

•  Application should be furnished only in the prescribed format.
  

• Experience including research, industrial field and others.
  

• Attested copies of degree/ certificate and experience certificate, Publications.

• Candidates shall bring along with them the original certificates at the time of interview for
  verification.
• A candidate with an excellent academic record, research potential, and relevant experience will be given preferences. However, the selection of the candidate would be based on their performance in the interview.
  

• Please note that no TA/DA is admissible for attending the interview. The decision of the
  selection committee is final and binding.

• Only shortlisted candidates will be informed by e-mail/Mobile and no separate call
  letter will be issued for the same.

•  The last date and time of submission of duly filled in application 25.01.2022 and 5.00 PM
  

• The application should be submitted only in the prescribed format. Eligible and interested
  candidates may send their applications on prescribed format along with Bio-Data and supporting documents by post/courier to   Dr. Aneesh Mathew, Assistant Professor, Department of Civil Engineering, National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli-15, Tamil Nadu with the subject marked as “Application for the post of Junior Research Fellow DST-SERB”
