SSC JE 2024 TIER I RANKLIST OUT!!!

Subject: Junior Engineer (Civil, Mechanical & Electrical) Examination, 2024– Declaration of result of Paper-I for shortlisting of candidates for appearing in Paper-II.

1. Staff Selection Commission conducted Junior Engineer (Civil, Mechanical & Electrical) Examination, 2024 (Paper-I) in the Computer Based Mode from 05.06.2024 to 07.06.2024 at various examination centres across the country.
2. As Paper-I (Computer Based Examination) of the said Examination was conducted in multiple shifts, marks scored by candidates have been normalized as per the formula published by the Commission vide Notice No. 1-1/2018-P&P-I dated 07-02-2019. As per the provisions under Para 13.7 of the Examination Notice, normalized marks of the candidates have been used for processing the result to shortlist the candidates for the next stage of Examination [i.e. Paper- II (Computer Based Examination)].
3. In terms of Para-18.1 of the Notice of Examination, minimum qualifying marks in Paper-I have been fixed as follows:
a. 30% (i.e. 60 marks) for UR,
b. 25% (i.e. 50 marks) for OBC/ EWS
c. 20% (i.e. 40 marks) for all other categories.
4. Category-wise cut-off details and number of candidates shortlisted to appear in Paper-II of the Examination are as follows:

5. Results of the following seven candidates have been kept withheld due to various court cases / orders. 2406102782, 3007400019, 4205103795, 4206101951, 4207100721, 4207100722, 4410103978
6. The schedule for conduct of Paper-II of the Examination will be made available on the website of the Commission shortly. Shortlisted candidates may visit the website of the Commission regularly for further updates.
7. Representations received from the candidates with regard to the Tentative Answer Keys have been carefully examined and the Answer Keys have been modified wherever necessary. The Final Answer Keys have been used for processing the result. Final Answer Keys along with Question Papers cum Response Sheets of Paper-I will be uploaded on the website of the Commission on 22.08.2024.
8. Further, marks of the qualified/ non-qualified candidates will also be made available on 22.08.2024 on the Commission’s website i.e. https://ssc.gov.in. Candidates may check their individual marks from 22.08.2024 (18:00 Hrs) to 05.09.2024 (18:00 Hrs) by logging-in through their Registered ID and Password on the website of the Commission. The candidates are advised to take a printout of their respective scorecard as well as Question Paper cum Response Sheet, as the same will not be available after the above-specified time limit.
