Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd., Kochi Refinery, Ambalamugal, Kochi invites Online application from eligible Graduate holders in Engineering (passed during 2019, 2O2O & 2021), for undergoing one year Apprenticeship training under the Apprenticeship (Amendmen! Act 1973.

PREVIOUS TRAINING /EXPERIENCE

Candidates who have already undergone or are currently undergoing apprenticeship under Apprentices (Amendment) Act 1973, and/ or having one year or more experience are not eligible to apply.

SELECTION PROCEDURE

Selection will be based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination and interview. The final merit list would be prepared according to categories General/ SC / ST I OBC I PWD on the basis of marks obtained by the candidates. Engagement for apprenticeship training will be subject to the selected candidates clearing the medical examination.

HOW TO APPLY

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

1. No boarding or lodging expenses are admissible

2. Upon completion ofthe Apprenticeship period Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd shall have no obligation to offer employment to such apprentices nor can an apprentice claim right for employment on the grounds of completion of Apprenticeship.

3. No further communication in this regard will be entertained.

4. Board of Apprenticeship training (SR) has not entrusted / authorized any individual organization to coordinate (or) liaison their work. Candidates beware oftouls and BOAT is not responsible for such unwanted incident.

5. Canvassing / Pressuring through any source will disqualify the candidature and their name will be removed from the official records without prior intimation and this Board will not responsible for
such cases

6. Everything else being equal, preference will be given to erstwhile Kochi Refinery project evictees

7. Number of positions mentioned above are indicative and may increase or decrease at the absolute discretion of the Corporation.

8. Persons employed with Government or Semi-Government Organizations/ Public Sector Undertakings should submit NOC at the time of interview

9. The Management reserves the right to call for lnterview only those who in its opinion are likely to be suitable. Management may at its discretion, raise/relax the eligibility standard to restrict the number of candidates or to make available sufficient number of candidates to be called for interview.
