SELECTION PROCESS

a) Written test will be conducted at eleven venues viz., Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Chennai, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, New Delhi and Thiruvananthapuram. However, ISRO reserves the right to cancel/change the written test venue and re-allot the candidates to any other test centre. The call letters for written test will be sent only to the registered e-mail ID of candidates.

b) (i) Based on performance in the written test, candidates will be short-listed for Interview in the ratio of 1:5, with an aggregate minimum of 10 candidates. (ii) For reserved vacancies, distinct/additional candidates will be short-listed in the ratio of 1:5, without regard to the reserved candidates if any, short-listed under UR category.

c) Weightage in Panel Generation: For generation of the final panel, 50% weightage will be given to Written Test marks and 50% weightage to Interview marks

d) In the event of tie during the final empanelment, the inter-se merit of candidates will be decided based on the following tie-breakers to be applied one after the other.

(i) Marks scored in the Written Test.
(ii) Marks scored in the essential qualification.
(iii) Date of Birth, with older candidates placed higher

HOW TO APPLY

Candidates may apply for multiple posts, subject to conditions. However, candidates applying for multiple posts should select common (same) written test Centres. Candidates have to make application fee payment separately for applications for all the posts. The application for on-line registration will be hosted in the ISRO website between 24.06.2025 and 14.07.2025. Applications will be received on-line only. Upon registration, applicants will be provided with an on-line Registration Number, which should be carefully preserved for future reference. E-mail ID of the applicant is to be given in the application compulsorily. The last date for submitting on-line application is 14.07.2025. In case of submission of multiple applications, the latest/last application submitted before the last date of submitting the application-i.e. 14.07.2025, for which payment is made shall be taken as final.
