MUNICIPAL ADMINISTRATION & WATER SUPPLY DEPARTMENT – TNPSC RECRUITMENT 2024 – AE AND JE

This notification is published as per the provisions of the G.O.(MS).No.144, Municipal Administration and water Supply (ME.1) Department, Dated 14.11.2023, the Managing Director, TWAD Board Letter No.20240/RS/A2/2018, Dated 24.01.2024 and the Managing Director, Chennai Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board Letter No.CMWSSB/P&A/R&A/RA3/14649/2021, Dated 24.01.2024, to fill the vacant posts indicated in this notification, in the offices under the Directorate of Municipal Administration, Tamil Nadu Water Supply and Drainage Board and Chennai Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

Applicants should possess adequate knowledge in Tamil.

SELECTION PROCEDURE

Selection will be made in two stages i.e., (i) Written Examination and ii) Interview. The final selection will be made on the basis of the total marks obtained by the applicants at the written examination and interview taken together subject to the rule of reservation for appointments. Applicants’ appearance in the written examination and interview is compulsory. The applicant who has not appeared for any of the subjects in the written examination or interview will not be considered for selection, even if he/she secures the minimum qualifying marks for selection.

HOW TO APPLY

Applicants should apply only through online mode in the Department’s website

The applicants shall not share the ID with any other person or agency

Applicants should select the name of the post for which the applicant wishes to apply

Online applications uploaded without the photograph, details of specified documents and signature will be rejected after due process

After submitting the application, applicants can save / print their application in PDF format.

On entering user ID and password, applicants can download their application and print, if required

Applicants need not send the printout of the online application or any other supporting documents to the Department.
