GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
- Candidates are required to apply online. Instructions for online registration and submission of application are available in Help menu.
- Candidates need not send any hard copy or application printout now. based on preliminary scrutiny of applications received online, Candidates will be intimated to submit scan copies of all certificates and testimonials in proof of their claim on educational qualifications and relevant experience. Final shortlisting for Interview will be based on scrutiny of these documents submitted. Those shortlisted for Interview will be required to submit duly signed printout of the application alongwith attested copies of relevant testimonials and certificates at the time of Interview. During certificate verification, if any of the data submitted through online by the candidate is found to be false or incorrect, they shall be disqualified and will not be permitted to attend Interview.
- Candidates working in Public Sector / Govt sector / Quasi Govt / Autonomous bodies are required to submit a ‘No objection Certificate’ at the time of certificate verification.
- Internal candidates possessing the prescribed educational qualification, shall be given relaxation upto 2 years in age limit and total managerial experience in relevant field.
- CIAL reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications without assigning any reason thereof, at its discretion.
- Selected candidate will be appointed on probation. Probation period will be normally for one year, on successful completion of which confirmation in the regular service of the Company will be considered. Probation period is liable to be extended at the discretion of the management.
