KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Tender Management: Prepare and process tenders for a variety of civil works, including new constructions, under both PMC (Project Management Consultancy) and non-PMC modes.
• Maintenance & Supervision: Oversee the routine maintenance of all institutional buildings and infrastructure. Supervise repairs, renovations, and new construction projects to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.

APPLICATION PROCESS

Eligible candidates must apply online through the Institute’s web page. The online application form must be completed and submitted on or before the deadline. The application must be accompanied by scanned copies of all relevant documents (Age, Qualifications, Experience, Caste, etc.). An application fee of Rs. 200/- is applicable (non-refundable) and is payable as per the instructions received on completing the application form.

SELECTION PROCESS

The selection involves a two-tier process: a screening test followed by an interview for successful candidates. The written exam is scheduled for November 1, 2025, and interviews for shortlisted candidates will be held on November 17, 2025. Shortlisted candidates must produce original certificates for verification at the interview
