The following is the Probability List containing the Register Numbers of candidates who are found provisionally eligible to be included in the Ranked list, subject to the verification of the Original documents, for selection to the post of Draftsman Gr.I/ Town Planning Surveyor Gr.I – STATEWIDE (Category No. 554/2021 ) in Town and Country Planning Department on 37400-79000 on the basis of the OMR held on 18-07-2023.

NOTE
Inclusion of Register Numbers in this list is purely provisional subject to scrutiny and admission of application on absolute basis. Inclusion of Register numbers in the Probability List does not confer any right on the candidate for inclusion in the Ranked List.
36 (Thirty Six) eligible and qualified candidates who have secured top marks in the OMR Test held on 18.07.2023 are included in the Main list of this Probability list. The marks secured by the last candidate in the Main List is 60.33 (Sixty (point) Three Three) marks. For the purpose of satisfying the rules of reservation of appointment to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes , Other Backward Classes (and other reserved categories if any) necessary supplementary list is prepared by including sufficient numbers of candidates from lower mark ranges in the order of merit of the candidates belonging to such classes.
The Probability list is prepared based on the details furnished by the candidate in the application for the post and subsequent claims made will not be entertained at any stage.
Candidates included in the Probability List should present and produce in person the original documents for One Time Verification . Date, time and Venue of OTR Verification, will be published shortly
According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed but answer scripts can be rechecked after the publication of Ranked List. Detailed instructions will be published in the Ranked List to be published for the post
Candidates belonging to Other Backward Classes are required to produce Non Creamy Layer Certificate as per G.O(P)No.81/09/ SCSTDD dated 26.09.2009 or that obtained through e-district portal in the format prescribed in G.O(Rt)No.3942 /2018/RD dated 24.09.2018 and SC/ST candidates are required to produce Community Certificate issued by the Revenue authority in the format prescribed in Kerala (Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes)Regulation of Issue of Community Certificates Rules, 2002 and candidates who claim EWS reservation are required to produce EWS certificate vide GO(MS) No: 2/2020/P&ARD dated 12-02-2020 and Service Candidates should produce Service Certificate from the department along with other documents mentioned at the time of OTR verification of original documents.
